A comprehensive security management program can include a number of elements not traditionally associated with the security industry. Strong policies, cultural surveys, team building programs, respectful communication skills, and accurate documentation of unaccepted behavior are all part of today's most effective security programs. David Hofstetter has worked closely with Michael G. McCourt Associates to deliver many of the programs mentioned above.

Sometimes, despite a client's best efforts, employees engage in unacceptable or dangerous behavior. At-Risk assessments can help an organization decide the best course of action for dealing with employees requiring discipline or termination. Forensic evaluations, behavior modification techniques and return-to-work policies are just a few of the services provided by our associate, Gerald Lewis, Ph.D., founder and president of Compass.

The enterprise-wide implementation of a comprehensive security program can be a daunting task, and calls for highly developed project management and organizational skills. Michael G. McCourt Associates has worked closely with AMS, Incorporated (Advanced Management Services, Incorporated) to bring projects in on budget, and on time!

Personal problems don't always remain personal...they sometimes spill over into the workplace, resulting in inappropriate behavior...and sometimes, workplace violence. It's essential for organizations to have an advocate in the form of an employee assistance program. Michael G. McCourt Associates has worked closely with KGA, Incorporated to mitigate the impact of personal problems in the workplace.
